Hard Wood Flooring

Installation                                                                The installation of a hardwood floor must be perfect the first time. We can install any species of wood flooring. We work closely with high quality vendors around New England to provide a wide range of  hard wood floor products.

Buff and Recoat                                       The buff and recoating system utilizes a buffer to lightly abrade the surface of the floor. This method can be used to save money or to add  shine to a dull floor. We buff, vacuum and apply two or three coats of a high quality finish system.  

Full Refinishing                                          Our current floor refinishing system will provide a beautiful hardwood floor for up to 20 years with the right care. Listed below is the procedure we use to achieve a high level of workmanship:

Step one: 24 drum and 30 edge the floor                           

Step three: 80 drum and 80 edge the floor                                      
Step eight: Apply three coats of a high quality finish system with a lambs wool applicator
Step six: apply fast dry oil sealer
Step five: 100 Screen, sweep and vacuum
Step four:  Scrape all corners 
Step two: 50 drum and 50 edge the floor   
Step seven: 150 screen floor and vacuum
