Two Unit, 6 Bedroom 3 bath house with laundry on site 3 bay detached garage

The property offers the following:
4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms & an office/den. A room has been outfitted with custom shelving and a desk. It has a closet and has been used as both bedroom and office/den. The house has two full baths. Master bath has all Kohler fixtures, soaker tub, stand alone shower, twin sinks, recessed lighting, 20′ ceiling with a fan, two sky-lights, custom oak cabinets and a tile floor. The 2nd bath serves the rest of the house. It features a tub/shower enclosure with glass doors, oak cabinets for storage and tile floors/walls.
